We close for lunch daily and we do not currently have a dental hygienist.
Our practice is run privately. We do not see any patients on the NHS. We offer a variety of ways to pay, for adults, either a monthly payment scheme or pay as you go and for children either a monthly payment scheme or a registration fee with discount fees.
The practice offers modern, comfortable facilities in a calm and friendly environment. The practice is situated on two levels. Our reception area and one of our surgeries have limited access to wheelchairs. We offer quality services and dental care to all, with written estimates detailing treatment plans and costs. There is limited car parking available immediately outside the practice.
Where treatment is required you will be given a written estimate and treatment plan. You may pay for your dental care by cash, cheque with bankers card, credit or debit card. Treatment must be paid for as it is completed each visit and should be made in full by the time your treatment is finished.
Registered patients are entitled to advice and necessary treatment from the practice in an emergency. Whenever possible please contact the surgery about an emergency within the normal surgery hours. If you need to be seen the same day please get in touch as early in the day as possible. If an emergency arises when the practice is closed please telephone the surgery for advice. The practice operates an emergency service and, if necessary, a dentist will come to the surgery to see you. Out of hours call outs incur a £100.00 call out fee.
Only registered patients are entitles to this service, an inspection will register you for one year. If registration lapses patients will be offered the first available appointment. This may be between 6-8 weeks.
If you are unable to attend your appointment please give as much notice as possible. Where appointments are not kept or cancelled less than 24 hours in advance, a charge may be made.
