Information for PatientsThis gives some information about our practice and the services we provide. If the answer to your question is not here please ask for further information.
Care at the practice Our practice is run privately. We do not see any patients on the NHS. We offer a variety of ways to pay, for adults, either a monthly payment scheme or pay as you go and for children either a monthly payment scheme or a registration fee with discount fees. Facilities The practice offers modern, comfortable facilities in a calm and friendly environment. The practice is situated on two levels. Our reception area and one of our surgeries have limited access to wheelchairs. We offer quality services and dental care to all. There is limited car parking available immediately outside the practice. Estimates and Payments Where treatment is required you will be given a written estimate and treatment plan. You may pay for your dental care by cash, cheque with bankers card, credit or debit card. Treatment must be paid for as it is completed each visit and should be made in full by the time your treatment is finished unless you are on the Denplan. Registration To remain registered in the practice, patients are asked to attend the practice at least once a year for an examination. This entitles you to emergency care at the practice. Whenever possible please contact the surgery about an emergency within the normal surgery hours. If you need to be seen the same day please get in touch as early in the day as possible. If an emergency arises when the practice is closed please telephone the surgery for advice. The practice operates an emergency service and, if necessary, a dentist will come to the surgery to see you. Out of hours call outs incur a £100.00 call out fee.
